Hey stupid! Do you even read your own reviews?!?
How long have people been telling you this app is garbage and you STILL haven’t fixed it. Why can’t the app remember my login? Why can’t it save my password with the rest of my saved passwords? What’s the point of logging in with my Apple ID when you then immediately force me to still enter an email and password to log in to your server before I can use my Apple ID? Are you so dumb to not realize once I have logged in to your server there’s no need to log in again with my Apple ID? And not just the first time but this is every time I use the App. I paid extra for the “Smart” version of the Coway 400s filter but there’s nothing smart about this at all. I feel totally cheated. If you cannot even design an app to have the login process work then there’s no need to go any farther. You have already failed. The saddest part is that it’s only the login that makes it unusable. That’s ALL you have to fix. And considering how long this app has been awful you clearly don’t mind that you are a failure of a company. I was so happy with the air filter that I was going to buy two more for my home but after using your app I’m done with your company. You should really be embarrassed and ashamed!

We went the extra mile ($$$$) and purchased the CoWay wifi “S” units - 3 of them totaling well over $1000 - so we would have the convenience of using the their app. We noticed the app had a very low rating which did not match up with the reviews on the purifiers themselves - but we trusted the company and figured the low ratings were wrong. Well, LOW RATING WELL DESERVED. This app is pathetic. It’s is a completely frustrating waste of time. Have to reset password almost daily and it eats up valuable time!! Cannot believe the CoWay company would allow it’s customers to experience such an abysmal app after working so hard to put out a decent highly rated air purifier. The app is supposed to be a convenience and would be if it worked properly. Get it together people. What’s up with this app???!!!!! Please FIX IT!!!!! Otherwise we want our money back and we’ll go with the non-wifi units. They can’t afford to get some good tech people to update and fix this app??? Shame on you CoWay. This is a poor representation of your company.
The air purifier device security is outdated, easily making the app useless or worse.
While the air purifier itself is still helping to clear the air, if you need the dependable convenience of remote control or vital readings of your air contaminants levels, this device and it’s app is compromised by serious security lapses. I also paid extra for a new “smart” device, but the security is old, easily broken WAP 2, not the newest WAP 3, or above, and will only function on the massively overcrowded 2.4 Ghz band. The app is easily and frequently rendered inoperative by any WiFi interference and signal loss. At best, you won’t get the accuracy of the pollution level readings you paid extra for and, at worst, you’re leaving your WiFi security door unlocked and wide open, vulnerable to any and all hostile entities to exploit at their own convenience all at your own expense. Also, the app wants to access info for ALL your network Bluetooth devices to “create a profile of you”. The only profile it should collect is that of the condition and quality of your indoor air and nothing more.
