Probably the worst app I’ve been required to use
This app is not only difficult to navigate, it also most often than not, does not reflect the correct loyalty balance information. It makes me think it’s a scam. I join the club but never really know where I stand on points. Either commit to providing an app and doing it right, Cowboy Jacks, or drop it. The app makes you look bad.
Worthless
App requires waitresses to input phone number to garner points..they NEVER do it. Until that is fixed and you can do it yourself, the app is worthless. Perhaps a fix would make it more usable, but until then, don’t download.
Does not work
I created an account but my card number is invalid. Can't connect Facebook. Reloaded the app. User name doesn't exist when I try to sign in. User name already taken when I try to sign up. Pretty much pointless at this point.
