It takes several tries to login and then most of the time you can’t see your account activity. Very frustrating to work with. It was much better when I first started using it about a year ago. I don’t know if there are too many users now that are slowing it down or what!

Good afternoon.I was a longtime customer of the Connecticut community credit union in Paucatuck, Connecticut.The CCU got swallowed up by the CORE PLUS CREDIT UNION organization.I am a regular customer at the pocket office on Broad Street.The staff there has always been most courteous, kind, and efficient, and knowledgeable about all that the goes on at the bank.The staff at this Pawcatuck office has changed, but there’s still 100% on the ball.Valerie at this office is one of the most kind people I know. The app is not that user friendly … when making payments on my loan account it’s confusing…. Am I making a payment or transfer… you should create clear consistent language
