This app has an interesting objective. It pinpoints the idea of losing weight by allowing you to not only just set goals for exercising, but dieting as well. I love the idea of also having to set up our own goal, not just dieting and exercising. I believe that this app should be able to help motivate others who want to lose weight. However, I feel like although you set up all these goals for yourself, someone like myself wouldn't be diligent enough to keep looking back to the app to remind myself what to do and what not to do. I'm not sure if there already have this function because maybe I missed it but I think having reminders pop up on the persons lock screen or something once in a while may also be affective. I would recommend anyone to try this app out, it's pretty cool. Some things may work for people that do not work for others, it's all based on their preferences.

This app is awesome. I'm in school and I always get cravings when I study in the evenings. It helps me fight those food urges and share with others. I've got a great support network and all my friends love it too. Wonderful idea. Recommend it to anyone who needs a little kick to get them into shape. It's like having your own personal coach and who better to be that motivator than the one who knows you the best? Yourself! Totally worth it.

I've kept these 5 lbs off for months and I have no doubt that they'll stay off. I like the daily reminders, and having a reason to post healthy food pictures is always fun!
