CrimeSpotter is free crime reporting and local alert system designed to share crime indecent information for clarity and safety.
Many neighbourhood watches or CPFs make use of Whatsapp groups to share info with their communities, but these are often confined to single roads or areas. CrimeSpotter makes it even easier to share local incidents and provides a single source for updates.
Reporting is super easy and all other users within a radius of the incident are instantly notified to spread awareness. All crimes reported are mapped to a location and added to a central searchable database that is public and available to all users of the system.
Crimes reported are purely for the purpose of sharing crime information with active citizens, community bodies, security and law enforcement. Knowledge is power especially when it comes to prevention and planning.
