We've fixed an issue with css test reminders and made some improvements to the performance of our app.

Add more detail to your Critical Swim Speed Test Result. If you take your training seriously then you know your CSS is more than just the actual number. Many factors affect your performance on test day: Was the lane busy? Had you not slept well? Did you skip your last meal? And countless other considerations that your swim coach might ask about. Also if you use different pools, then how long was the length? In this update I have aligned my CSS Swimming app with the latest release of my FTP Cycling App, to enable athletes to store more context beyond just the number. Allowing you to review your results in a truer light and perhaps better understand what works for you.

This update brings you an improved set of coaching instructions for completing your CSS swim. Helpful for newer athletes to CSS, but worth reviewing even if you have swam a few in the past. Also in this update the Menu page has been updated to give you a consistent experience with the latest releases of Running Calc and Cycling Calc (the other two apps in the Triathlete Bundle). This makes sending a feature request more streamlined, as is accessing support should you have any questions.

In this release I have made a small improvement to the CSS History Log to show when your next CSS evaluation swim is due. This will default to 6 weeks or use the CSS reminder value if you have set it in the Settings. Please note that this is independent of the Alert Reminder, so even if you have switched Alerts off the App will still use the value you set on the slider. In this update I have added additional information to your Swim Test results to show percentage (%) change from the previous test. This is shown in the CSS History Log. Thank you for all the feedback from swimmers that are now using this - much appreciated and am working to add in some of your suggestions to future updates. (Please note that if you have tests recorded prior to this update they will show as 0% change).
