After a lot of research, I found Cropty and decided to try them out. They offer all of the financial products that I was looking for. The website is very informative and the app is easy to navigate. Cropty has frozen my assets and I am having trouble getting any explanation or resolution. The only way to communicate with them is through an email address that is responded to by an AI bot that does not provide any meaningful information regarding the status of my case. It is fishy and I advise anyone who is considering using Cropty to be careful.UPDATE: They are no longer responding to my emails.RESPONSE: It has been nearly 4 weeks since Cropty has imposed a withdrawal restriction on my account and I still have not received a specific explanation or update. My request to speak with a human has gone unanswered so I am left only with generic, unhelpful bot responses. The only logical conclusion is that Cropty is illegitimately and unlawfully retaining my assets under the guise of a KYC/AML review. Please prove me otherwise.
