Hello, you might remember me from a review under the free version of this app. so far i’ve had a great experience!i’ve noticed however when trying to utilize the Cue feature upon opening the app or after playing a few tracks, it has not worked at all. i haven’t seen any of the buttons to set cue points on this app.i’m currently on iOS 18.1 and an iPhone 16 Pro Max.i would like to add suggestions if possible:-a tab in settings with creators social media links and a way to support the creator.-a tab under the equalizer that allows volume tuning for vocals and instrumental just as the preexisting one allows for low/mid/high frequencies. -auto loop button and auto play option when loading tracks.-fix the cue feature.-grey out apple music songs that are DRM protected to distinguish between songs that can and cannot be mixed.thanks for reading, hopefully at least one of the suggestions gets added :)-drew

Solid Dj app with good features but has issues.

It’s a good no frills DJ app that has solid SoundCloud integration and I had no problem switching over from Virtual DJ on a laptop as the learning curve isn't that steep. I’d give this app more stars but its does have some issues like it was doing weird things and crashing constantly on my iPad Air 2 and on my iPad mini 4 everything works but the “songs” tab in the library is super fragile, upload one album into the iPad that cross DJ doesn’t like or drag and drop a folder from the desktop directly to the iPad without syncing it to iTunes first and it crashes the “songs” tab in the library coming up with the error message “No songs available in iTunes”. All the other tabs like “albums” and “playlists” still work but the “songs” tab is done after that. This makes it super annoying if you the type that likes to analyze all the songs at once when updating your library instead of album per album or analyzing on the fly (which occasionally causes the audio to get choppy).One last complaint is there’s no midi mapping or re-mapping supported for other controllers, of course neither Cross DJ or Djay2 (or Djay Pro for that matter) support this so that I guess that point is moot though it would be nice if this were supported in the future as I would really like to use my Pioneer DDJ-WeGo4 with this appAll in all its a solid app but it would be better if these issues were fixed.

Doesn’t Work with Soundcloud GO+

I used this app for a while and I considered it a great app for mixing. Especially for a mobile app, its an easy format to use that not many other apps compare to. Sadly with this new update, there is no way to connect to Soundcloud GO+ or Soundcloud at all. After I logged into my Soundcloud GO+ account it brought me back to the sign in page again. I deleted and redownloaded the app to no avail. Even though others have had this problem, I cannot find any solution for this online. Sadly until this bug is fixed the app is unusable. Its disappointing because it was a good app and there is chance this feature wont be fixed, considering they never fixed this same problem with their program on Mac.

I like using this with my Gemini mix2go and I’ve been using it ever since 2015 but now on the new update I’m a little upset that now you have to have a SoundHound go+ subscription to be able to unlock the SoundCloud, in which I do not have a go+ subscription. Can probably the developers bring back the free SoundCloud search engine, please.
