Cross-Stitch: Color by Number 4+

Great App!!!

This is SUECHESS again. I'm still trying to get someone to respond to my emails. Could you respond to this review and let me know how to get my emails answered? I have invited 4 MORE people by using Messenger and STILL DIDN'T get the points.!!! This is 12 people total!!! This is SO FRUSTRATING!!! I can't get anyone to respond to my emails that I have been sending about a problem I'm having with this app!!! Could you post a email address that someone can get a response from? Thanks. I have sent this following review and also several emails and I haven't had any response from you guys. I would appreciate it if you would look at your emails and send me a response. I really like Cross Stitch but I do have one issue. I have invited 8 people to receive the 600 points and I didn’t receive the points. I have sent several emails to the email address in the feedback section and I haven’t received a response yet. I would also like to see more free patterns. Otherwise, this is a awesome app!!! I sent the first review in February and now this is March. I invited 4 more people to Cross Stitch and it stated that they were already invited but I didn't receive the 600 points and the 8 people that I did invite didn't receive a message from me. Could you let me know what is going on? I would greatly appreciate it!!! Thanks

My App Isn’t Working?

I’ve been using this app for 5 years now and love it. I was waiting for the new update for everything to turn back to normal. When I clicked update everything turned back to normal. Except every time I click the little person icon on the bottom right where all the pictures are saved, it freezes. I can’t click anything and nothing pops up. But it’s only when I click the person icon. Every other button works but when I click that one, I can’t move or click anything. It only started happening after I recently updated. I tried restarting my phone but that didn’t do anything. I would delete the app and restart again but I have so many pictures that I’ve done and I don’t want to lose all of them. Is there a reason for this? I was so excited to get back into playing the game after the update but now I can’t even click on the photos to play.

Lost my purchases and can’t restore, would rate 0 if I could.

I just updated my game today and lost all the packs I purchased besides one of them because you removed those packs and I lost the money from purchasing the coins for these packs. You’ve completely removed these packs from the entire game so I can’t even specifically list them all, I had at least an Aurora pack, a couple sunset packs and a waterfalls pack. I am extremely disappointed in this apps team for removing these packs with no warning and no coin reimbursement for the coins I essentially lost now that these packs don’t exsist, you can do better this is unacceptable.

I first reviewed on the 13th about losing my progress but after todays(24th) update my packs have been restored. I can’t say this has been fixed for Everyone yet as I’m only one person but I do appreciate getting a response and having the issue reverted. I hope whatever bug has caused this has been found and resolved so that this won’t be an issue in future updates. I also hope everyone else who has put money into this game gets their stuff back so please be sure to update your game and check your packs and everything again.
