It is a nice app to work with and use if you enjoy crosswords.

Horrible!

The latest update is a POS! The app will no longer load any new puzzles. Customer service, of course, blamed it on Apple. They told me to delete the app and reload. Now, I have no puzzles at all. It looks like the only way to download new puzzles is to subscribe. If that is the new business model, then just say so up front, do not lie to us. I was a subscriber for YEARS, but no longer. Boo!!!!!

If you've already purchased the app, you can "Check for Purchases" from the "Get More Puzzles" screen to get back to downloading new puzzles. We've got an update coming out shortly that should make this a little simpler. Thanks!

Stopped working

It stopped working some time ago on my 4th. Generation iPad. I recently upgraded to an iPad Pro so thought I’d give it another try. Didn’t work on initial startup so I deleted it and downloaded it again. Still doesn’t work. Just repeatedly gives me a message about having trouble restoring purchases.
