Can’t move my money and no one answer why

This application was recommended by a friend and so far has done poorly of my expectations. I bought some ETH and I’m working and I’m not able to continue my work because an error message about pending funds or outstanding balance. I don’t know what it means due to my ETH has increased price because of the increase of ETH price. No one tell me anything. I contacted Customer service and ask me tons of questions after trying the several times the automated system. The customer service told me they were not able to help due to that was a high level and they didn’t have an answer. They ask me to click a bottom and someone will take my call and I have waited days not hours and they haven’t reply. So far this application is the worse to do any crypto transaction especially is you are working and no one will assist you. If you don’t want to get your money stuck and no reason behind then I will suggest another crypto wallets. Unfortunately I have to give a start but if would give zero gladly I will do so😡. Making sure more ppl don’t go trough my situation. It has passed 9 days and still not answer or solution. Will never use this application in a future. I don’t. Know if I will be able to recover my funds.

Great app

So far I am very new to this app, however from what I’ve experienced, most of the negative reviews are from beginners that did not take the time to read and understand what they were getting themselves into. I currently have the jade green card and I can say that I have already received my Netflix rebate so that works. I have not tried to withdraw my funds yet as I’m waiting on my money to transfer so I can test everything, however I have spend money with the virtual card and got my money back in cro that way as well. So far it has done everything it should. Also, I have experienced one problem with my card info not displaying on one of my devices however the customer support has been great and they are working on it. If you find yourself with that problem, I would recommend trying a different device if possible. In the end customer support has been kind and respectful and if you take the time to understand the fees that this app should help you earn some serious cash. In the end, just do test payments and be 100% sure of what should happen and be patient. I just hope that they get a website working and one point, other than that I am happy with what I have :)
