LOVE the mobile deposit
I had this app for years, and it was ok. I didn’t use it much, mainly because I had a complex random characters password and the app would not remember it. Then i discovered the mobile deposit feature by accident. I now use it every day. It makes deposits SO much quicker and easier than mailing them or driving to Tractor Supply to deposit them. I had to change my password to something a human could remember, but now I use this every day.
MOBILE APP
I love the mobile app. It allowed me to back on the go and slowed me to check my account within seconds. Thank you for such a smooth running, easily navigated site.
Trash
At least 2 times per month this app just refuses my password and forces me to wait until the bank opens to call and reset my account.
Would like to use it however when ever I need to it forces me to call the bank to get the app up and running.
Need this issue fixed. Been having it for 2 years now.
