CSIDAssist is a mobile application built purposely to provide users transparency on USDA Global Branded Food Products, specifically focusing on sugar and starch contents. Features and functionality include:
-Intuitive user interface
-Supports light and dark mode
-Nutritional data on over 450,000 USDA Global Branded Food Products
-Nutritional data on 450 Whole Foods including details on sucrose, fructose, glucose, lactose, and maltose
-Access to USDA data does NOT require internet connection
-Search for food items using keywords or a UPC barcode
-Sucrose and other sugar ingredient detection
-Calculated metrics on carbs, sugars, and starches
-Customizable serving size
-Ability to save favorite foods to iCloud account
-Users can add their own foods and/or recipes

Error?
Hello, I looked up Kate Farms and it is showing that the ingredient syrup has sucrose but there isn’t any sucrose in either of the syrups listed. Brown rice syrup has no sucrose, and neither does agave syrup. Did you program the app to mark any syrup as sucrose? If so, this means there are many errors in the results.

We designed the detection tool to identify potential sucrose ingredients based on a validated list of sucrose items. This list is ever changing and growing, so we are committed to continually reviewing, updating, and enhancing. It does appear that you have found a discrepancy, so thank you for that :)
