CTM Phone is a companion to the CallTrackingMetrics web app. Admin features such as configuration, reporting, routing rules, and form or chat setup are managed in the web interface. An active CallTrackingMetrics account on a supported plan is required.
When I install new app it still rings and opens in old app. When I uninstall old app the phone doesn’t ring at all.

Thank you for your patience, David. We identified an issue where the old CTM Agent app wasn't properly handing off call routing to the new CTM Phone app — which is what you ran into. This has been resolved in our latest update.After updating to the newest version of CTM Phone, you should be able to safely uninstall the old app and receive all calls and notifications through CTM Phone going forward. The update took away bold lettering for incoming text messages, you can't see what number you're texting from anymore or change the number you're vtexting from, every call has a different color very chaotic instead of incoming calls, missed, and outbound calls. It doesn't ask you if you want to switch to your cell phone on a call anymore ...Update is not user friendly at all

I have the app deleted off my phone so When I amLogged in on the desktop the phone is still ringing to me and it’s showing missed calls when I am on a not ready status. I regret downloading the app because it is making me ready for calls automatically when I am not logged in on active ready status.
