你好，作者 👋，这是一个很棒的应用，简洁实用，已经用了一段时间，目前有一些使用上的问题，看能否加到许愿单中
1. 感觉图标还不太够用，能否考虑开放用户上传自定义图标的入口
2. 除图标外，也可以考虑用户上传自定义图片的功能，比如一双鞋子，买来后记录一张，计划丢弃时候记录一张，能记录到它的 “历程”，感觉很 cool，有图片也方便对应是哪个物品
3. 会不会考虑增加 “可消耗” 物品的记录，比如双 11 囤了一批卫生纸，想要记录，目前没有图标，用完后，想要将其状态修改为 “已消耗” 这样，目前感觉没有好办法应对，记录可消耗的目的一是可以整体的记录天均成本，二来也可以后续查看，了解到可消耗物品的消耗速度，便于囤货
不能同步
我的iPhone和iPad总是不能及时同步，现在直接不同步了，有其他人遇到吗，同一个Apple ID
