Cubetto is the Swiss army knife for business process modeling and the illustration of organizational structures. The app combines leading modeling standards in one tool: BPMN, value stream maps known from Lean Management, Event-driven Process Chains (EPC) known from the Architecture of Integrated Information Systems (ARIS), process landscapes, organizational charts, mind maps, Unified Modeling Language (UML) and flow charts. Additionally it comes with the diagram "Nodes and Edges", a template based presentation form with free graphical definition.

Unrivaled and exceptional is the the consequent use of automated layout within Cubetto. You focus on the contents, the app on their presentation. Our Process-Flow-Wizard allows you to gather procedures in a speed you do not want to miss anymore. Cubetto is an excellent tool for workshops and meetings.

Cubetto will be equipped free of charge with all future diagram types. Be surprised!

The MacOS version locks up if iCloud version was updated on another device

I have been using the ipad version for a couple of years. I really like the app for Value Stream Mapping, and added the MacOS version so I could use Cubetto with other MacOS apps.

I use Cubetto on an iPad or MacBook with clients and on a Mac Mini back at the office. What I’ve found is the MacOS version doesn’t close properly and I’ve had to Quit and then Force Quit when it never closes.

Was great, but removed critical export feature

Update: This was my own errror....

Developer Response ,

The feature was never removed. Please open a BPMN project with a collaboration diagram, click on the export icon and choose from the list. Please contact if it does not work as expected.

Concentrate on your model, not your layout!

This is my favorite tool for laying out BPMN diagrams. I've used Visio, yEd, Visual Paradigm, Camunda and others. This tool even outputs to XML, so you can perform the initial drawing in Cubetto and load the results via XML to tools that support importing BPMN.XML, so it doesn't lock you in like so many of the other tools.

The only tools that have impressed me as much in terms of autolayout are Flying Logic and Vthanco, but these tools don't support BPMN or swimlanes. Cubetto is my favorite!
