    The clothes themselves are pretty good in quality. I’m only reviewing the app. I’ve been logged out of my account and it won’t let me reset my password, so I had to create a new account. I had to go through all the items I had wish-listed. As I try to view my new wishlist is extremely laggy and doesn’t really load. Randomly I get a scrolling bug where if I want to scroll up it tries to force me to scroll back down. Lots of little bugs that ruin that app

    Good luck getting through to customer service online. They are never available and within 24 to 48 hours someone will get back to you maybe…the likelihood of things being resolved will take some time so if you don’t have two weeks to about a month to wait on an update (shipping, returns, etc. ) I wouldn’t purchase. And if you’re loyal customer, they will not be loyal back to you, especially when things are out of your control. The lack of accountability is relatively high on their end.

  • Sent my order to the wrong address

    Never received my order because they shipped my order to the wrong address. I provided the information showing it wasn’t my fault, some how my address was changed, USPS said this was a rare occurrence…Culture Kings just sent me automated message to take steps to dispute my order. The message said since the order has already been delivered I couldn’t be reimbursed, which is fine but leaving me stuck in limbo is not. It’s not my fault that culture kings put the wrong address on the order. I’ve reach out to usps and DHL and they keep directing me to reach out to the shipper…it’s like one big loop. I will never order from this company again.

    If you are a US based customer, buy elsewhere. They have a cool assortment and good deals, but the quality is inconsistent and sizing is WAY off. I always wear a size 12 in shoes but the Seichi slides were far too small. The biggest warning is that you can’t feasibly return items. I was trying to return $120 worth of items (incl. exchanging the Seichi slides) and return shipping was $100+. To be clear: RETURNS ARE NOT FREE — you will have to pay up $$$ to get anything returned because it has to go back to Australia. I’ll be going back to ASOS and not buying from here again.
