- Open the app to find nearly 400 CurbStand locations.
- Simply drop off your keys with the valet attendant, and check-in on the CurbStand app with your ticket.
- When you're ready to leave just open the app, tap “Request Car” when you’re ready to leave and we’ll tell you what time to come outside and pick up your car. No more waiting. (not yet available at all locations)
- Pay and tip in the app after you get your car.

Terrible customer service, won't own up to damage

I love the idea of a mobile valet service but disappointed with the customer service I received from this company. I took my wife to Bacari in WeHo and valet'd since it was a special occasion. My car uses a 'key card' for valet parking and when I received it back, it was all bent out of shape.

Weird, but whatever, I didn't want to make a fuss about it. Figured it would eventually flatten out, but it never did. Still not a big deal, didn't want to get the valet in trouble. But then I realized the key card no longer works. So I have to go into the dealer AND pay for a new one.

Reached out to Curbstand and explained the situation and they said 'we talked to the valet but the valet doesn't remember damaging it' LOL. Yea I'm sure the valet is going to admit to damaging the card. These guys are either dumber than rocks or just lying and don't care. Either way, won't be using them again.

App Charged Me TWICE - doesn’t show a history of payments

Completely disappointed that once I had paid for my parking initially and received the notification and charge from my bank that I made a payment, the app showed no option for me to call my car. Thus causing the gentleman at valet to tell me to pay for my car on the app again and insistI’d only be charged once. Both pending charges for this one parking service posted - all because the app crashed and didn’t recognize that I had a car parked and paid for. Ridiculous. Use at your own risk.

Don’t use this app!

So I had a nice dinner and tried to use this app. Entered my info and everything looks fine, go to get my car and the valet says the app doesn’t work, cash only. I show him the page on phone that says I paid and have to argue with him, ruins my evening. When you see the curbstand sign at a restaurant watch out!
