Pretty good

I’ve only used it once but it took me about 15 times to get my device to pair and data be transferred. Once I use it more if I stop having the issue of pairing I will give 5 stars. Once I got it to transfer it transferred perfectly and easy to read the results it the app. I still need to play around with the app and once I do I’ll give an update…..

UPDATE 1: I have to delete app and reinstall it every time I want to download my results. There is also no way to save your info in app so when I delete app I loose ALL previous readings. The app is not worth it I rather just record it in a book. Not worth deleting app and loosing ALL readings just to download and put the new ones in to have to delete it again so until 1 I can save my info so if I do need to delete it I don’t loose everything previously and 2 I don’t have to delete it every time I need to download from my meter to the app I will just use a book and delete the app for good.

Get what you pay for

Took me forever to get the app to connect to my device. And almost every time i get a message saying unable to connect or cant connect to data.. also checked this meter against my other one and its off by almost 20 points… which for a diabetic can literally mean life or death.

Not a robust app

App lacks basic features, like, you cannot add a note after you scan device (such as “before meal”, “after meal” etc) or a custom note in text box, which, you cannot see what you’re typing because the text box is blocked by the keyboard and there’s no way around that. You can only enter note in “Manual“ mode, which defeats the purpose of scanning. App connects via NFC and gives a confirmation check mark but still says unable to connect and does not transfer results to app more than half of the time. Developers put in a bare minimum effort.
