To enroll in mobile banking you must be a member of Central Virginia Federal Credit Union and must already be setup in CU-Online internet banking. In addition to use bill pay you must be setup previously in CU-Online to use.

Switch Banks Over an App? Probably Should.
Literally worst bank app ever (sorry to whoever created it or paid for it). Not slamming you, it’s the banks fault for not requiring more out of you for their customers. They accepted your mediocrity and paid you. Your win, their loss. I have several bank accounts and this app doesn’t even come close to modern day service from a bank. Every other app now has Touch ID as a log in option. I can’t even log into this account with my real password. It blocked me out several times just this morning. Went straight to the website, entere the same password, for right in. This app needs to be trashed before its too late to retain customers. Switch banks over an app? I probably should and will when I ever have the time if this doesn’t get corrected before then. Nothing but problems with this one.

As soon as I log in with my correct account number...it asks a security question that’s not mine!! Can’t back out of that screen, have to delete the app and start over....This is ridiculous! I can’t even log in to see my accounts....this is the WORST ever!! If I could give “0” for this...I would!
Why can’t you fix this????
As soon as I attempt to login: Entered my account number and it brings up a security question I never chose. I tried a couple times to reset it but I could never get into the app. (Yes, my acct number, etc. are correct).
It’s a shame because I rarely use my desktop.
