Whats the point? Absolutely useless. Costco wants you to download an app that you cant even access. Asks for your PO then asks for a password. No link to create an account or recover a password. How do you get a password if theres no link so sign up and create one. Don't waste your time.
Waste of time
They Text you a link to download App, then want you to enter your Phone to get load information. So I enter my phone number (the one the link was sent to) and get a message saying user doesn’t exist.
Ripp off
They use this app where you can’t control or see nothing to deduct money off the rate claiming you did not track , even after following their instructions, Big time fraud
