CyclePay - Laundry App 4+

It’s great to have a way to pay digitally for my laundry but the app is far from perfect. You can only fund your account in lump payments rather than pay the exact amount for an individual load. You also have to manually re-enter your payment information every time you pay because it doesn’t save the payment info and it also isn’t compatible with auto fill. If those things were updated I’d like it a lot more

This app is horrible cause if your building uses it - it is a necessity you have it. If you don’t use the app, (at least for me) you’ll be charged on your card $15 per load and it will take way too long for them to refund you OR you can use a laundry card that is also defunct in its own right. Every time you have to enter your card information for a refill you have to reenter it from the beginning - no auto save here - and I’m guessing it’s because they don’t want to invest in an internal security system within the app to secure your data, so instead they’ll just have the app forget it every time. The load times to get a machine to work are agonizing and the fact you can only purchase preordained amounts of money ($5, $10, $15, etc) to load onto your account is also a rip off. All around one of the worst designed apps I have ever seen, especially for a needed service. Only grace I can give is that it does ultimately do what it is supposed to.

It’s the day after Christmas. I have 5 loads of laundry to doAnd only today to do them before a straight six day work week. I loaded up the five added money ran all five One machine took my money and never ran. Came back saw that it didn’t wash four loads of laundry and four dryers tried to load money on my app my card declined. I have plenty of money in my account. I use my credit card load money. The dryers did not dry the clothes all the way which is not the ups fault, but I need to add more money so I could rental for dryers and put the wet laundry in with the damp laundry. Wouldn’t do you know my credit card declined for no reason. Now I have wet laundry and no way to load my app. Started a new account. Cards still declining. Now I’m stuck with four loads of damp laundry and one load of wet laundry. Thanks cycle pay it’s really awesome of you not to have a contact button or a way to contact you at all. We do avoid accountability
