NO-CONTACT DELIVERY
Deliveries can be fulfilled whether you are home or not. It’s easy...just give us instructions on where to leave your spare tank or access the tank you will be exchanging to help the delivery technician make the exchange or delivery efficiently. We are unable to provide delivery time windows, so it is important that you leave the tank in a secure location our driver can access, such as your driveway, in front of your garage or on your front porch. We will ask you to choose where you will be leaving your tank in the check-out process (just like package deliveries).
TANK ACCEPTIONS
We accept all tank brands; however, it must be a standard grill-sized tank. If you don’t have a used tank to exchange, you’ll need to order a spare tank from us.

Officially launching in 2019, we have been growing into many major cities around the United States focused on giving our customers the best experience when purchasing a grill tank. Tried creating a new account three times
This app has bugs and needs attention. I tried creating an account three times. First time I forgot to answer question where I heard of you. App gave an error but disables the submit button despite entering all required info. I had to cancel and start the new account opening process again and re-enter my info. Second time I used dashes in the phone number that caused an error and the App once again froze the Submit button despite making the form correction. Third time the App displayed multiple screens on top of one another as I tried to enter my info the third time. I gave up. Imagine how many accounts you might have if the account opening process in the App actually worked? I may try again with the next version of this App. I’ve already wasted too much of my time trying to create an account. Not worth the effort.
No auto fill
Thanks for making an app . I thought it would be easier than the website. Unfortunately the developers have not heard of autofill. I realize that you only have to do this once, but come on it is 2022!!!
Can’t order!!
This app was pretty good. Easy to use and a quick way to get a propane refill on order.
But apparently this latest update results in the app always crashing where it’s just says “loading.”
I hope someone listens and fixes it soon or I’ll have to find a new service.
