Amazing app!

I have been in this game for a long time and this App really makes it easy to follow a plan. I love my plan because I built it. The reminders are on point. And when I reached out to the developer about a suggestion, they responded right away and were very receptive. Hit them up if you need anything because they will help. Nice App with a Nice Team behind it. Overall A++

I really love this App! Easy to follow and does the Job. I am totally on board with my diet. The Tips that Help in the App and suggested products in their store are helpful bc I had no idea where to start. Highly recommended!
