Best subscription! Great community!

I typically don’t subscribe to anything because I try not to over clutter my life, but this subscription is worth it if you want to invest in your health and wellness. There is so much false information out there by nutritionist influencers (the nutritionist title isn’t regulated in the US. To be considered a nutritionist, all you need is one class or even research from the school of Google). However Tallene is a registered dietitian (meaning she’s a credentialed food expert) and she keeps up to date with the latest PCOS research. I appreciate that the content she provides is evidence based, but simplified and easy to follow. Not only is this app worth it for the recipes and workouts, but once you join, you’re part of a community. In this community, not just Tallene, but everyone is so supportive and helpful. Love how everyone’s constantly encouraging each other to advocate for themselves to their doctors for better symptom management.

Consistent Solutions to Chronic Symptoms :) 5 STARS!

For many, many years I’ve had to adjust a lot of aspects of my health and lifestyle to hopefully alleviate consistent and chronic health symptoms. Even though I made dietary changes, changed my workout…it seemed I was always swimming upstream and not making progress or just couldn’t get in the flow of regulation. I was consistently eating GF/DF, low impact workouts but both my physical and mental health was all over and constantly dysregulated….the knowledge shared about stabilizing blood sugar, insulin spikes made a lot of sense. But it wasn’t just an “aha” suggestion. Providing delicious and intentional recipes combined with specific workouts and eating habits plus Ovasitol have been the solution to over a 2 decade long struggle with my physical and mental health that I always thought was “just me”. I didn’t know it was possible to feel this way—THANK you!!!! 💛

Recipes are FIRE.

WOW. After years of yo yo dieting and trying to lose weight with PCOS by starving myself, I finally found a suitable diet for me. Eating gluten and dairy free allows me to have the foods i love, i just have to modify them a little. I feel so much better, i used to feel like a bottomless pit i couldnt stop eating, now i feel like i have control over my appetite. I’m less inflamed, bloated and less anxious too. Who knew i had all these side effects from foods I have been eating my whole life!? I feel so much better, my period is BACK and REGULAR….. and the best part i lost 12lbs in ONE MONTH of joining The cysterhood app. I really dove into the pcos plan, and i finally found answers to pcos questions that no one else has answered. ive never felt so good in my life.
