I purchased the ring and loved the features and still do. However it seems every week or so my steps and all activity including sleep stop tracking. The ring is worn correct and is always charged. I delete the app and reinstall and it fixes it everytime but the app doesn’t have a long in or remembrance of me. The device has cool features but it appears there are some unresolved issues
Charging
I’ve connected the watch to 3 different chargers for the same type watch and this one will not charge. I love this watch but it will soon become my least favorite if it doesn’t start taking a charge so I can continue to use it! It’s extremely aggravating
