Ticket not working
First time I purchased a ticket everything went fine. (I thought the other reviews were over exaggerating but they were not…) Second time the payment wouldn’t go through. Yea… fortunately the bus driver didn’t make a fuss once I showed him that the payment wasn’t going through.
I hate how you can’t even buy tickets for later. You have to buy it right before your trip or within four hours it cancels? Like what is that. Most ticketing apps do not work like that they let you buy tickets ahead. So yea try to physical tickets or do a subscription. Do this is as the last back up of everything.
Difficult to use
We ended up buying our tickets twice because the tickets were not stored in the “my ticket” section of the app. Thank goodness we got a confirmation email because we ended up using that the whole bus and ferry trip. The tickets disappeared from the app almost immediately after purchasing
Do not buy ticket from this app!
All waterbus gates and bus doesn’t recognize this app, you need to explain to everyone you purchased the tickets!
