Always error to gain rewards

The app has a very good idea to scan receipt to earn rewards. But I have tried maybe 50 times and the scan does not work. Very disappointing. Need to solve this technical issue. Should be easy in this AI generation, right?

You have to spend $3,000 ($1=1point) in order to get the reward of 1 free round of soft drinks for your table? At that price point, what even is the point of this app--it seems like a joke of a reward.
