Hidden Gem

Erika is an amazing instructor. I’ve been using this app for over a year now and it has completely changed my workouts. Having the videos + the listed workouts is such a move. It allows you to learn the names of workouts and also shows you exactly how to do them. It gives you the count for both the sets and the reps. The workouts include things I’ve never done before making me move muscles I usually don’t hit. She also adds new software builds to make it even better. Not mention it being very straightforward. Overall could not be happier with Erika and this app.

Love love love!

I have used this app/website on and off for about a year and finally started to stick with it for the past month. I can honestly say I am starting to see real results. I feel good, I feel confident, and I’m so excited to continue using this app. It’s easy to navigate and the workouts are easy to follow with the video tutorials. Erika is super helpful & fast with replies with any problem that I’ve ever encountered!!

Great App

I love this app and that it takes planning my workouts off of my plate. I also appreciate that it doesn’t take a ridiculous amount of time to complete the workouts (typically around 30 min). It’s easy to follow and the videos are great if you are unsure of a movement. I’ve been able to modify everything for home workouts. Overall, I highly recommend!
