Here’s the 1 thing I’d change only
Right now there is only 1 thing I’d like to see changed. This is with the calendar feature. Basically, I’d have it so that I can go back in time to see the entire page as is. You see for example today’s whole page? From top to bottom. Not just the morning and evening devotion. If I go back in time, all I can recover is the morning and evening devotion. Can you update the app in order so that we can basically just swipe back in time to the complete page from top to bottom including the faith book devotion along with both the scripture of the day and the quote at the bottom. I hope that you understand what I’am requesting. If I miss a day or more, I want to see the exact same whole page I would’ve seen if I would’ve launched the app on that day. God bless you all.
My daily Spurgeon
I call it my Spurgeon time and can’t Waite to get into the word. I love the way the view of the Bible verse helps to bring each verse brings the verse to life for me. I never thought I’d become such a Spurgeon fan but I am because of this Daily Spurgeon Devotionals.
If I had any sort of complaint is I can’t go back and read the night devotional like you can read the morning. I really to reread the devotional and Faith’s checkbook.
Give this app a try you may find a truly close time in thought and prayer.
Good overall app, but!
See original review below. Apparently the developers either can’t or won’t fix the app. I wonder if they even read the reviews. I downgraded to two stars until the formatting is fixed. Why give the option for black lettering on a “white” background if that’s not what you get?
Good app but the formatting needs work. Because of my eyesight, a white background with dark black lettering is easier to read. I selected that option, but that’s not what you get. Once you scroll up, the background turns gray with a light black lettering. I mentioned this a while back, but it hasn’t changed. Otherwise I would rate it at 5 stars. I love that it has both Faith’s Checkbook and Spurgeon’s Mourning and Evening Devotions in one app. I used to have two different apps from this developer but having them together is definitely a bonus.
