Added support for Dark Mode on iOS 13. Now you can schedule times of day when you'd like the app to automatically switch between Light and Dark Modes (to avoid straining your eyes). Go to iPhone Settings > Display & Brightness to enable Dark Mode.

LOVE THIS APP
I use it EVERY day ... MANY TIMES a day: Daily Journal, Sleep Tracker (just a digital timer but still helps me!), To Do List, Health & Fitness tracker (blood pressure for me), [and you add more!], and Quick Notes. The latter, like nearly all, offer so many options like adding a photo but that nearly got me in trouble! I’m a pastor and I was using QN to help me remember folks’ names in a church where I was a temporary interim. Immediately before a service I asked a couple for their picture. The male didn’t hear me and hurried to his seat so I just took her picture. I learned later that he thought I was hitting on her and got a senior member to make me delete the picture! With much effort I made “amends” but it was a BIG deal!! LOL.
OK, MY ONLY COMPLAINT RE THE APP is I’d like the To Do List to offer a check-off option for individual completed items IN THE “DAY” view. It appears that that option is only offered in the forever ongoing “LIST” view! It’s possible that that is an operator problem (i.e. me)! OH! I forgot something I LOVE: I’ve had this app for YEARS!! You can search for things you’ve done (e.g. in Daily Journal) or listed in “To Do List” and $ amounts etc. YEARS ago and the search engine captures and lists them...people‘s names, etc. IT’S Awesome!!

More to improve
At one time, I used this app for nearly everything. As someone that likes to keep data on everyday life things, this app was great for it. However, it seems like app updates are too slow and far between. It seems like something could be done with widgets, and PLEASE add support for the Apple Watch!
The more upgrades to the iPhone, the more this app is dated. Every update has been fluff, adding a video to the beginning with some nice music, a tutorial, a change in the pricing structure. There is so much that could be improved in this. Adding functionality like a spreadsheet, to sum across multiple categories, link them together. Adding 3D Touch capabilities to access timers or favorite trackers. Just nothing ever really improves with it. I wish they would add improvements, maybe the app would be usable again.
I use this app to track my meals and workouts. I lost 8 pounds in 6 weeks when I started keeping a food and workout journal here! I find traditional calorie counting apps too cumbersome. I simply write down exactly what I eat every day and note my weight once every week or two. The daily bs calendar views are perfect for this. The mere act of writing it down deters me from eating poorly. I can browse the last few weeks to see where my weakness are. Plus, when I stop journaling for a while, i can look back at what I ate a few months ago that kept my weight down and get great ideas. ("Oh yeah, I was eating cucumber slices instead of chips with my sandwich!").
I also use this app to track how I spend my time. I discovered that I was spending 3 hours per day on housework. This was helpful in balancing the workload with my husband.
