Love it!

I love having this app is part of my home workout toolbox. I'm able to pick a body part and find exercises I can do with the equipment I have. The organization is great, I'm sure I will use even more features of this app in the future. But for now it is great for even beginners to use to craft a good workout.

Notes & movement when app is open

The changes are ok but you got rid of the notes part. You should not have done that I use that for all kinds of things for seat positions to how I feel on the work out that day to know why I was up or down. Second when the app is open it runs demos and it’s killing my battery to say the least those are two very big things for me. Please fix it.

Really good app, especially for beginners.

What stands out the most is how organized the app is. For instance, it divides the type of workouts you want to pick and choose, not to mention, gives you a visual representation of how to do it. I definitely would recommend this app to friends and family.
