Dailycast is an app that shows you only the most important news. It's unbiased, trustworthy, and relevant. There are no sponsored stories, there is no algorithm curating you news. The stories on Dailycast are the most noteworthy events happening right now.

-Swipe left and right to browse news stories
-Swipe up to read the full article on any news story
-Tap anything bold to learn more about it (including the topic label at the top of the screen)

Each piece of news is attached to an article which it was diligently sourced from. The article will always be from the most qualified news organization to report on it. For some events, that might be local news. For other news, it could be a large media organization.

Nothing on Dailycast is biased, or fake. Every story triple-checked by a diverse team of Wikimedia Foundation editors. Dailycast doesn't collect or store any data about you, so nothing influences the type of news you see on Dailycast.

In a world crowded with misinformation and distractions, Dailycast is a much needed safe place. Every day the app has new stories, but you can go back and browse previous days if you want.

It includes sports news, business news, arts and entertainment, international relations, law and crime, politics and elections, worldwide disasters, armed conflicts, breaking news, health news, science and technology.

You won't get the variety of news on Dailycast anywhere else.
