Description
Each day, DailyLectio provides the texts of the Daily Readings of the Revised Common Lectionary, the schedule of biblical readings used by many major Christian denominations throughout the world. Only the current day’s passages are presented—all in one place so you don’t have to skip around your Bible—and distracting chapter and verse citations are avoided, allowing you to focus on the meaning of the text.
Each week’s daily readings are anchored in the readings you will hear at church on Sunday. On Thursday through Saturday, your readings will prepare you for Sunday, while Monday through Wednesday the readings will reflect on Sunday. Each day connects you more deeply with the Sunday worship experience!
Navigation conveniently allows you to review a previous day you may have had to skip, as well as to check in on your anchor Sunday.

wonderful
Simple and elegant, I really appreciate being able to find the day’s lectionary. However, it is less useful if you are using it to plan ahead for a service or what-not.
Simply satisfying!
I appreciate the simple, easy-to-use interface, the ability to read it as a daily devotional, knowing for what year and day the reading is, and the reliable and understandable translation. This is the best daily devotional app I've found that is based completely and simply on the Common Revised Lectionary.
Just enough
This app is just enough. Others attempt throw too many features that muddle the path of a user who simply wants to approach scripture daily in an easy app. This app is a great way to start the day and engage the Christian community worldwide.
