Don't bother claiming your deal until you are in the act of showing it to the cashier. We placed our order and right as we approached the cashier I accepted the deal (it had to be used within 15 minutes) but before I could show it to the cashier a notification came through on my phone which caused the deal to go away and the app would not allow it to be opened again. Cashier didn't believe the deal when we explained what happened. Contacted DQ online and they suggested I make sure the app was up to date (we downloaded the app while in line before placing our order!) And make sure location services were on (chose the store before looking at deals). No explanation as to why our unexpired offer was no longer available. Terrible app!
ETA - the company replied regarding using the coupon within 15 minutes which I completely understood at the time. I'm disgruntled because there is no indication that if you navigate away from it for any reason that in so doing you will invalidate the coupon.

Next time you visit, we advise that you click “Redeem” after checking with the cashier to ensure your deal will be accepted. We hope you’ll continue to use our app to enjoy all the delicious deals!
Got through making an order and then had a pop up that said currently they weren’t doing curbside at this location even though it was an option for me to select BEFORE I went through and created an order. Why wouldn’t you let me know that before I take the time to create the order. THEN I had to go back and select the option to walk in and get the mobile order and recreate the order. Then I submitted and gave no instructions. Thankfully I looked at an email which had the REST of the instructions. I had to click on a link to submit the order. What in the world?? And then had to also let them know when I got to the store. I was already in the parking lot because the line was so long for the drive through. It’s then that I realized that I couldn’t actually walk in to get the mobile order and had to wait in the drive through line. Seriously? What is the point of mobile order. Just DONT do it. I just left.
Take a lesson from McDonalds app or just don’t have one.
Wow, this app is terrible. I don’t understand how DQ could roll out this app when it is so bad, did no one think to look at other restaurant apps and see what features they had? The only useful item is the coupons, if you use them in the restaurant. For mobile orders, as others have mentioned, there is no way to track your order progress. Also the search function does not work, so if you want to order a blizzard flavor that is not one of the ten they have listed, you can’t find it. You can type into the search box but it returns no results. Finally, quite possibly the most infuriating thing is there is no method to customize blizzards. You’re stuck with whatever pre-chosen ingredients they have or not ordering on the app at all.
I can’t express how frustrating it is to try and use this app which they clearly put no thought into making. Just truly horrendous job all around. Great job, DQ.
