The AC works pretty well, however that’s the only reason it’s getting two stars. The app is garbage. It won’t connect to my wifi and trust me when I say this I’m no fool when it comes to
Technology. After two hours trying to
connect and reading error I am giving up and just dealing with the fact that I won’t be able to cool my apartment before I come home. I work outside and looked forward to the remote start from my phone very much. Truly disappointed

The unit itself works very well. You are able to control the unit from your phone after the device is connected to your WiFi network. I like that when I leave work I can cool my apartment before I get home. I’ve heard issues with no compatibility with Alexa or google, I don’t use those, so I cannot comment on that. My only complaint is that the app constantly logs me out and I have to re-enter my password which is an annoyance, it is frequent. I bought the unit at Costco for nearly $300. I’m pretty satisfied with the product but I do wish the app worked a little better. Also it does read external temp is 102 at all times like other users have stated. I feel the unit does not display an accurate internal temp either. I usually keep my unit off eco mode and the fan on high speed. It does the job of keeping my apartment cold and that’s what I bought it to do. The bonus is being able to control the temperature away from home and it does an excellent job of that too. I’ve now owned this product for 1 year as I’m writing this review. I do recommend this product and app.

Developers need to fix that High should be 100, not 80. Most people operate the fan at 100%, afterall that is what it turns on to the first time.
There is no way in Favorites or Schedule functions to set the fan speed to 100 (only High, which is 80). This is nuts, who decided that illogic? High should be 100, Medium should be 70, and Low should be 30. Or add another level called “Max” and make that 100. … also, add lever orientation to the Favorite and Schedule functions. That way can set to Swing or Lowest angle of lever as part of those functions; is a 5min IT fix.
