The Ultimate Pianist, Kaede Akamatsu, wakes up in an unfamiliar classroom... There, she meets other "Ultimate" students in the same situation. The headmaster Monokuma declares that the students are to participate in a Killing Game school life. Lie, bluff, deceive, and expose the blackened, and the truth. For Kaede and the other students, does the future hold hope, despair, or something else entirely...?

AWESOME!!!!…..but…
I am so so so happy this has finally come to mobile, I can finally play it on the go! The visuals are great especially for a mobile port of a bigger game like this. The trials are still just as fun to play on the phone as if I was playing on a different console! That being said the only cons there are, are there is a bit of a frame drop during certain parts (not sure if it’s my phone or just the fact that the game is big and the frame drop was necessary for mobile) but I’m not too upset about the frames. The biggest problem I noticed when playing is just how sometimes certain parts won’t work or will do the wrong thing, the ones that I noticed are…
1. The “rebuttal showdown start” words not having the sound effects play when they pop up.
2. During the trial things didn’t move properly (i.e. the trial stands not moving with the characters for the debate scrum, however not too worried about that.)
3. Last one I found, when playing in the casino, the add 1 coins shows up as Japanese words when I have it set to English and the mono mono slots audio coming out as Japanese.
Aside from those bugs (ha Gonta reference) I am ecstatic that this game is available on mobile. I absolutely love the Danganronpa series. Keep up the amazing work!! 💜

Okay so this is for those who are confused about why the game isn’t downloading additional data, and I’m ranking this at five stars so that people can see this.
Short answer is, the app is actually downloading the additional data; it’s just doing it really slowly. You won’t see it tick up by one, rather it’ll make a big jump, wait a couple of minutes, and then make another big jump. To make sure it fully downloads, keep your phone from going to sleep by tapping the screen whenever it’s starts to dim and make sure you don’t try and check the time or do anything that’ll cause the app to exit, otherwise it’ll reset.
Oh and make sure you’re connected to WiFi.

DR:V3 is a game I was hoping for on mobile. I’ve played the past 2 games, and loved the story. DRV3 is an amazing continuation to the DR storyline. Plot twists at each corner, with an ending open to interpretation, while still wrapping up the game?
This game is one of the few that got me emotionally attached to a character, and seeing what ended up with them? It made me cry. I don’t usually cry about games, but DRV3 is able to get you so attached sometimes.
Sure, some characters have problematic issues, but it adds to their personal story. It’s not like it’s SUPPORTED by the creators.
I can’t wait to see whatever comes next.
