App Overview
Our app supports two types of users: Tailors and Customers.
Both user types log in via OTP verification using their name and mobile number.
Each user type can also delete their account at any time, permanently removing all related data.
Guest Access (Without Login)
Customers can access limited features of the app without registration:
View tailor list
View specific tailor details
However, to access the following features, login is mandatory:
Submit a review
Add a tailor to favorites
View and edit his personal profile
View own dresses/orders
View own tailor connections
View notifications
Tailor Features:
Upload a profile photo (optional)
Add address to profile (optional)
Create orders by capturing or uploading dress images (mandatory)
Add customers, manage measurements, and update or delete orders
Track payments per order
Reject or delete any customer order
Call customers using device’s default dialer (no VoIP or CallKit used)
Tailor can delete their account, which removes all their orders, customers, and data permanently

Customer Features:
Upload a profile photo (optional)
Capture or upload an image while writing a review (optional)
View tailor details and their location on Google Maps
Make and receive calls from tailors via default dialer (no VoIP or CallKit used)
Search and add tailors to favorites
Submit reviews for tailors
Customer can delete their account, which removes all their orders, saved tailors, reviews, and related data

Privacy & Data Usage
All collected data is used only for functionality within the app
No data is shared with third parties
The app does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or any form of tracking
No VoIP or CallKit is used – calls are made via the native phone dialer only
Privacy Policy & Terms Access
On the registration screen, both Tailors and Customers see a checkbox labeled:
“I Agree & Continue – Privacy Policy & Terms”
Tapping on Privacy Policy or Terms & Conditions opens the respective full document in the in-app browser before proceeding.
