Top up timeliness - Poor
For ages now, the integration between 2Degrees app and DC app is poor.
A top up request in DataClock redirects to the 2Degrees up, great, that’s quick and easy to do, but then the new balance doesn’t refresh in the DataClock app….it takes ages and many 20-30 opens and closes of the app for it to pull the new balance through so you can buy a DataClock top up.
The new balance after the top up is sitting there proudly displayed in the 2D app, but not DataClock. You have to deregister and reregister for it to show up. Significantly frustrating and sub optimal experience.
Please make available on cellular iPad
That’s all... please!!!! I want to be able to use this on my cellular capable iPad.
