Description
Data Transfer Calculator is designed to accurately calculate the time required to transfer files from disk to disk or across networks.
Enter the amount of data — the transfer rate — and Data Transfer Calculator will automatically calculate the transfer time. Choose between Base 2 and Base 10 units to ensure accurate results specific to your operating system.
Tap the result to toggle through different time units from seconds to days.
Timers allow you to track transfers even when you’re not at your computer. Timers are compatible with Notification Center — which means the app does not need to be on-screen to receive a notification. Set multiple timers to track additional transfers.
The Info page reveals the logic behind the app and clarifies any mysteries between bit and byte.

Looks great and easy to use, lacking data transfer speeds
Totally appreciate the clean look and feel. Please add more data transfer speeds though, lots of free web pages that provide this info but I'd prefer if it were in this easy to access application so I didn't have to Google search every time I need to know how long a transfer will take.

Great tool. I second adding additional speeds.
This is a great tool. I would give it 5 stars if the tool could support the selection of mbps speeds and allow for saving of presets so you don't have to choose all the options all over again. Great job on a great tool.
Awesome
Has two things that are confusing but it can be finagled to do what you want even if the options are incorrect. Very nice to have. If they could add higher transfer rates, that would be great.
