Databox is a fantastic application. I love how it’s structured and how clearly the data is visualized. I’ve been using both the web and mobile versions for the past two years, and they’ve become essential tools for my daily workflow.However, I’ve noticed that the mobile version has some issues. Sometimes, when I open the app, it takes longer than expected to load the data, even with an internet connection of over 200 Mbps. This often forces me to restart the app to resolve the issue.I’m sharing this not as a criticism, but as constructive feedback to help improve an already excellent tool. Keep up the great work!

Databox is an excellent tool when it works. Visualizations and functionality are just as good, if not better, than most other data visualizers out there. Unfortunately the biggest drawback is that getting the tool to load is often a waiting game. It should not take beyond 15 seconds to load anything, but it can take as long as 10-15 minutes which, in most cases, is totally unacceptable. I would use it more if that were fixed, but until it is fixed, its use will be limited.

Databox provided me with no customer support by phone, poor and untimely support via e-mail, charged me an arm and a leg for using their service, auto-renewed my account after 6 months of inactivity, and would not provide a full or prorated refund when I contacted them. As things stand now, I have paid Databox $1,910 to use their "free" plan through March of 2027 and am not entitled to any full or prorated refund. Unfair and shady business practices, in my opinion, by Databox and not in line with how other subscription based companies operate.
