In this release we've added the option for project admins to enable a dedicated “comments” column to Acquire projects. Share thoughts and utilize user mentions directly in the tracker to get new questions and concerns answered quickly.

Great Resource for Junior Bankers
Nothing worse than getting a “Pls give XYZ access to the dataroom” email when you’re away from your computer and having to trek back home for a 60 second task. Having the Datasite functionality at my fingertips has been a life-saver in my analyst years.
I highly recommend the app and have instructed my analysts to all download it as well. I’ve never had any glitches with it and appreciate how it’s allowed me to balance my free time with my work asks.

Datasite App
This functionality on this app has allowed myself and my team to manage data rooms on the go! It has made things exponentially easier for us as we work with clients on buy-side and sell-side processes. Great app for bankers
Everyone knows that as a banker, time is of the essence. That’s why this app gets 5 stars from me - can’t say how many times it’s sped up the deal cycle to have access to the data room right in my pocket. Not to mention the customer service. Was a true pleasure working with Kevin from the DS team who leaves no stone unturned.
