*Mantenga al día sus productos, fracturas y servicios en pocos pasos fácil y rápido.
*Abra su Cuenta de Ahorros sin necesidad de ir a una oficina.
*Active, bloquee o consulte los movimientos de sus Tarjetas de Créditos y Débito.

Horrible transition into new app when old app worked fine. Face recognition did not initially work with cédula de extranjería, and the exact moment I needed to pay for something important the old app refused to work. It didn’t let me log in, forced me onto the new app, didn’t let me log in and made a straightforward interaction into a very inconvenient and difficult one.

It doesn’t even recognize my cédula de extranjería
I have been using the older app without any issues and now this new one makes me re-validate my identity and it doesn’t even validate my cédula de extranjería correctly. Now I can no longer use the app even though I always need to use it for tons of things. You guys really need QA to make sure all of these things are tested before pushing an update.

Worst Banking App out there
I have been a customer of DAVIVIENDA for years and to date not able to access my accounts either with this APP or their DaviPlata APP. The dam layers of worthless security protocols are madness! I travel can’t access my own dam money due to 15 layers of primitive security measures. 9 years now and I still can’t access my account without having to visit a bank
