App does not recognize my Y

I am having the same problem that MANY others are having. I loaded the app to sign up for swimming at one of the Y locations in Grand Rapids. The app loaded and went to a search for your location screen. The a either recognize or just froze after I typed in the location just as shown in my local Y’s tutorial vid. I deleted the app and reinstalled and still encountered same problem. I have an iPhone 6 S running iOS 13.7. Seems a lot of people are having the exact same problem.

Great App I don’t see why everyone is so upset

After reading many reviews I was skeptical about the app but after downloading the app I was able to connect with my local Y with ease and found the app very easy to navigate and understand.
I highly doubt the people leaving the reviews even downloaded the app because it’s great!

Bad app!!!

So received an email stating that our Y was switching over to this new app and the old one was no longer available after the 12th. Downloaded the new app but it would not even open up. Saw others have had this issue. My problem is why don’t the developers respond to the issues? I feel the consumers are being ignored and certainly not a way to bring new products on especially if there are this many issues. Fix it or go back to the old way til it is fixed.

Can you let me know which Y you are a member of and the model of iPhone that you were unable to open the app using?
