3 APPS in 1: Period Tracker, Personal Diary, and Calendar. We designed Day After because we wanted an app to not only track our periods, but to also track our daily life and events. We also wanted it to be beautiful, fun & simple to use.. that which gets more personal and intimate the more you use it.
As a period tracker app, we knew it had to be very accurate. So we had done extensive research and used an algorithm based on multiple period cycle data to calculate and predict future periods and fertile days. We have also included a basal body temperature tracking system with beautiful interactive charts so that you can more accurately predict your ovulation.
A weight tracking system is also built in so you can track your weight changes over time and view them on a graph. We also added wide variety of stickers so you can mark days with things like moods and symptoms. The stickers you add are easily viewable without having to flip to another screen.
We thought that the app would also be a great place to store private thoughts and memories. So we built in a full featured diary with photos and stickers. Daily photo albums is a great place to store all the photos you take every day. We also wanted to share some of the photos/notes with friends and family, so we built in sharing.
Knowing when our next period is going to be has the advantage of scheduling certain events... Maybe you want to schedule a vacation trip but don’t want it to fall on your period? So we thought we should build in a full featured calendar with events.
We also built in alarm reminders into the calendar so you can be reminded even if the app is not running. We included a suite of event stickers so that you can decorate your event so that it is easily identifiable at a glance.
We designed the app to use for ourselves and we hope you love it as much as we do! We’d also love to hear your feedback!

Ratings and Reviews
Just switched to this app
Honestly, I would pay more for this app than I did to upgrade. I have been looking for an app that can do more than all the others on the market. I think its strength is in its Timeline feature. I've already started adding notes from doctor's visits and adding to stickers to everything which I didn't even think I would do! I've also been looking for an app that makes it easy to track my cold sores and sicknesses. Not only can I add a "note" saying I got a cold sore; I can also add a little lip icon directly to my calendar so there's no mistaking exactly what that note will say if I click on that day! All too easy, beautiful, and tbh kind of addictive.
Almost great but needs pregnancy adjustments
I have been looking for an app to help me figure out my post-pregnancy irregular periods. The charts here are amazing, and I love how easy it is to visualize my period history.
However, I agree with one reviewer that it needs a few changes to accommodate women during and after pregnancy. There is no way to pause the predictor for the pregnancy and breastfeeding months, so it messes up the accuracy. Also, there seems to be a limit to the length of periods and after a certain number of days you have to start a new period instead of extending it. My periods during breastfeeding have been very irregular and longer than normal. This is exactly why I turned to this app, but since I can’t input the real length, it is not accurate.
Also, a few more common period symptom stickers like tired, headache, no appetite, starving, and fever blister would be nice.
I don’t use any of the non-period stuff, so my review is not for those things. I kind of wish I could turn them off. But it’s not a big deal anyway.
This app is by far the best out there. Other apps you use you have to put the amount of days you have your period say like five days and if you go past five days you can extend it but with this app you can. You can also add notes to each day and I've been trying to find an app that does that and it's easy to access. And it does a lot of other stuff I highly recommend it I love it.
