Welcome to customizable fitness with Day F!

- Create all sorts of custom workouts, add custom pictures, workout tips, equipment list, etc. You can make your own workouts look like those created by celebrities and run them like a pro: with the timer, full-screen images / videos and voice guidance.
- Take your favourite fitness program, adjust it per your needs and keep it in Day F. You can also create workouts based on Instagram / Youtube videos posted by your favourite trainers - they will be so much easier to follow.
- Create your own time/reps/weight-based exercises or use our growing database with videos and lots of adjustable attributes.

- Generate workouts with a single tap: our proprietary workout generation algorithms make sure your workout is unique, fun and efficient.

- Exercise anywhere, anytime thanks to offline access. Our database of exercises consists mostly of bodyweight and minimal equipment exercises.

- Every activity is logged in the calendar. Every day can become an F Day!

- Apple Health ultimate integration allows you to track workouts from other apps in Day F.

- Lots of fun animations and user-friendly UI to keep you entertained while using the app.

- We strongly believe that fitness is for everyone, so our subscription price is one of the cheapest on the market.

- We strive to make regular updates of both the functionality and the content. Anything you would like us to add or fix - just let us know, and we will try to make it happen.

The download and usage of Day F is free of charge. However, you will need a Premium version to unlock unlimited number of saved workouts and use all exercises in our database. Premium is available in 2 flavours: subscription and one-off purchase. Free trial is available for the annual subscription.

the voice timing needs to be adjusted a bit and you should add a "good, stop" or "done" or "time" when time is up, but those are minor things, this app is fantastic. best free cardio app out there and I've tried many.

There's something hugely motivational in picking a plan and a time and getting a workout in, particularly after a weights session as a warm down. Nice, simple to use and getting you to rate difficulty after each workout ensures progression.

Easy to use

Good app, wish there were more move variety. It tends to get repetitive with moves as they are always in the same order it seems, depending on the type of cardio you do.

The app currently provides 100+ pre-built exercises and you can also create your own. We aim to add new exercises regularly, and you can also try our Generate workout feature - it creates workouts that are always unique!
