Incredibly Helpful

The Daylight App is incredibly helpful for providing evidence based and practically useful ways of meeting and managing anxiety. The voice of the narrator is immensely soothing and the animations are both adorable and validating. Working through these steps has been easy, enjoyable, and effective at helping me manage my worries. I highly recommend this to any and all human beings - I genuinely feel that we could all benefit from these lessons.

Helpful strategies and tricks to manage stress

I’m still early in using this but so far I’ve liked how simple the lessons / strategies are. The ones that have been served to me are different than what I ve seen in other apps - they were cool because they basically told me to stop fighting it and actually lean into it.

I’ll see how it goes but so far its working
