Worked great!
The app worked great, our booking went through and we didn’t have any trouble at the hotel!
To get that last star, there are two things that need fixing: 1) using Apple Pay crashed the app and 2) having the app work offline to see current day passes. Other than that, perfect!

Obnoxious pricing guarantees your demise
It’s a pool… and a chair - this industry needs to get over itself. $10 MAX per person especially if I’m going to buy food and drinks (in which case access should be complimentary). I’m not paying a fee for the privilege of paying inflated food and drink prices. Make it one or the other and you’ll probably generate some nice ancillary revenue. I would probably use this weekly in that case vs. never.

Jokes aside, we appreciate your input on Hotel pricing, here we would think it’s cheap!
However, it's worth noting that our day passes cover more than just a "pool and a chair." They grant you access to a well-maintained, secured environment where you can unwind and feel pampered.
