Not useful

There really isn’t any useful information for parents just sends you to the schools website which hasn’t been updated in months. No school closings or other alerts.

Worthless

We were all told that the DPS app would allow everyone to know real-time alerts such as, school delays and closings. The one thing I’ve noticed with Dayton Public Schools is there are decades behind other school districts when it comes to technology, using that technology and implementing that technology. Do we really have to go back to listening to the radio and watching TV for school closings in delays. 99.9% of other schools do what is called a “ONE CALL” because every single student, parent, teacher, staff and administrator to notify them of school closings and delays. I’m tired of my student having to stand at the bus stop because no one notified us that there was a school delay.

I’ve use the app for almost 2 years now, and I’m just frustrated with it so I deleted it from my phone and my other computers.
