DCM Viewer is a lightweight viewer for medical DICOM images, It provides analysis tools and a user interface to view, analyze, and register volumetric medical imaging data sets.
The application also provides the QuickLook plugin for Mac OS X that allows to have a thumbnail of a DICOM as an icon instead of generic one. When you trigger QuickLook it displays the preview of DICOM files.

Scam
All it displays is the L or R denoting a Left or Right view. The actual image does not show up. DO NOT BUY!!!!!
Easy
I just recently had surgery and was eager to compare the before and after xrays and my follow up isn't for another 4 days. So i downloaded the xrays and searched for an app to view them and this app popped up so i gave it a shot and worked great I had zero issues. But I still can't walk as of yet but hey baby steps lol
